Household Information Survey
Several weeks ago, your child was given a very important Metro Nashville Public Schools Household Information Survey. If you have not yet completed this form, please do so and have your child return it to his or her homeroom teacher. If you need another copy of this form, please contact the school.
Antioch Middle Prep will be holding its official ribbon cutting ceremony for the new renovations on September 30th at 10:00am and Open House at 6:00pm. Come and celebrate with us.

We are so excited that our renovations are almost complete! During the summer of 2014, the school office will be closed for renovation until July 15th.
